Privacy

The International Organization for Secure Commerce (IOSC) respects the privacy of its members and site visitors.  With the exception of messages involving site passwords and IOSC membership administration, all communications are on an opt in/opt out basis.  WE DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ANY INDIVIDUAL WITH ANY THIRD PARTY.

Should there be a disclosure of member or site visitor data due to accident, malfunction or criminal activity, all affected parties will be informed as soon as possible.

The IOSC uses a third party to process credit card transactions for membership, class registrations and IOSC store items.  The IOSC does not store or otherwise keep record of any credit card or other individual financial data of any kind.  Our third party processor, Secure Commerce Associates, does not store or otherwise keep record of any credit card or other financial data related to any IOSC transactions.

 

Terms of Use

This web site and its associated materials are intended to be a resource for the benefit of IOSC members, registered users, and the public at large.  Any use of these resources which is considered to be obscene, threatening, unprofessional, illegal, or not in the best interest of the secure commerce community may result in the offending individual being banned from further use of the site and/or prosecuted.  Any use of or attempts to access members-only content by unauthorized individuals will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
